Returns & Exchanges

Thank you for ordering from Heritage Handcrafted!  

Returns or exchanges of product(s) believed to have been received "DAMAGED UPON ARRIVAL" will be accepted within the first 15 days of shipping carrier's confirmed delivery of your purchase.

Please send email to notify us of the damage, along with a photo of the damaged product(s), to: Inquiries@Heritage-Handcrafted.com.

Once the damage has been confirm, a prepaid UPS return shipping label will be emailed to you. Product must be returned in un-used condition with packing intact. Once Heritage Handcrafted receives the damaged product(s) & all other conditions are met, we will issue a total refund of your purchase or exchange/replace with an undamaged product (if an exchange/replacement is preferred/requested).

Given the artisan/made-to-order nature of Heritage Handcrafted products, there will be no returns or exchanges on orders received in undamaged condition. All sales are final.

We are not responsible for any lost goods in the mail.
