    Customer returns or exchanges of product(s) believed to have been received "DAMAGED UPON ARRIVAL" and/or having a "MANUFACTURING DEFECT" will be accepted within the first 10 days of shipping carrier's confirmed delivery of the product(s).

    Please note: given the nature of reclaimed wood (specifically reclaimed barrel staves), variations in wood patina from product to product does not constitute a manufacturing defect.   

    Please send email to notify us of the damage or defect, along with a photo of the damaged product(s) to:

    Once the damage or defect has been confirm, a prepaid UPS return shipping label will be emailed to you. Product must be returned in un-used condition with packing intact. Once Heritage Handcrafted receives the damaged product(s) & all other conditions are met, we will issue a total refund of your purchase or exchange/replace with an undamaged product (if an exchange/replacement is preferred/requested).

    Again, due to the nature of our reclaimed whiskey barrel wood (specifically reclaimed staves), finish variances (including those within a single piece or between two or more pieces) and other naturally occurring patinas (from removal of barrel hoops) and other characteristics (including, but not limited to: slight wood fractures that may be visible due to wood age & prolonged stresses of housing whiskey) are to be expected.  Due to the unique nature of our wood finishes, actual wood samples, website photos, and catalog photos will vary from the actual finish that is received.  Due to the treatment and manufacturing process, stool height may vary +/- 1 inch.  

    All of the above mentioned will not be considered damaged or defective in the product received.  Given the artisan and "made-to-order" nature of Heritage Handcrafted products, there will be no returns or exchanges of orders received in undamaged or non-defective condition defined above.  All sales will ben considered final.
